Cole is 4!
It was too windy to spread out the balloons, or even put the table cloths on the tables. The main activities we had planned were to blow up the bouncy castle for the kids and to play some yard games like Red Rover and Red Light, Green Light. I'm sure glad we didn't the $200 for a private lifeguard at the pool! We didn't get to do any of that because the storm came in hard! Good thing we were under cover! It rained HARD and there was wind - but there was no lightning, so it didn't bother the kids ONE BIT! Every one of them was running wild in the rain without a care in the world. Cole didn't seem bothered at all by the storm.
We were able to get through the food and mingling and cake and singing before too many people were leaving - thanks to all who came and battled the elements... it meant a lot!
We moved the party back to our house with our closest friends to open presents. Cole made out well, as he usually does! All in all, the party was a success and one I won't soon forget!
