Let the games begin . . .

And by games, I mean FALL SOCCER! Paige is getting settled into her new team and her new position as a Junior Rec player. Her new team is called the SUPERSTARS and consists of some very talented players! We are 5 games into the season and they are undefeated so far! Paige is playing 5 v 5 now on a larger field with a goalie. She has attended 2 skills camps and a few goalie clinics. She is learning a LOT and playing very consistently this season so far. She has scored several goals, assisted in many and lead her team to a shut-out win the week she played goalie! She is really coming into her own in her sports! She is really bonding with her new teammates and coaches as well, so that is a huge relief!

Cole's team, the Eagles, are doing fairly well also. They have won a couple of games and lost a couple of games. This past weekend the Eagles played in 2 games in 2 days and Cole scored a total of 3 goals between the 2 games. It couldn't have come at a better time, because he seemed to be getting bored with the game as a player. He seemed to enjoy watching it more than being on the field himself... but now that he has scored a few goals, he is really excited about it again!
